I think
Once or twice a month is less frequent than I had hoped to use this forum. I think some of my silence here may be more about something else than just business after all, about preoccupation with problems that I can't solve or even interpret by packaging them up in words. Divorces, marriages, deep choices that I can hardly process for myself. When it's just about me or ideas I can write through them easily and even engage in the deliberate self-exhibition of posting them on the web. When these things are about my family and friends, I'm not so sure, and it can't be about art and expression, it has to be about making things better. I think through my own life, and love the articulation of life and personal stories, but I am worried about people close to me, and so I am quiet with only enough energy for hope.
